There were fresh peas growing in the garden and we had been harvesting bunches of them. It was beautiful to open the pod and see such differently textured and shaded peas in there. I enjoyed the contrast. oils on board. approx. 8" x 3". Painted in one afternoon.
It seems to be done now. The hay is grass now which makes the leaves pop more. It's a standard size, this one, which will make it easier to frame.
